Payment Terms
Fintrell will deliver the following documents only after receiving 100% payment:
a. Project Report
b. CMA Data
c. Pitch Deck or Information Memorandum (IM)
A minimum advance of 50% is required to initiate any service.
Service Modifications
Any kind of changes or corrections in the Project Report, CMA Data, Pitch Deck, or IM will be provided Free of Cost (FOC) within 90 days, excluding modifications related to loan amount or projections.
Post 90-Day Revisions
After the 90-day period, revisions or rectifications in the above documents will be chargeable, based on the nature and extent of the requested changes.
All reports, data, and documents provided by Fintrell are intended solely for the client’s internal and professional use.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, or resale of these documents is strictly prohibited.
Fintrell is not liable for any decisions, losses, or damages resulting from the use of provided information without professional consultation.
Fintrell shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, website, or documents. Clients are advised to verify all reports and data before submission to financial institutions or third parties.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi, India.
